Originally from Lampung, Executive Sous Chef Hendri is a cold handed chef who has been in the industry for 15 years. His expertise in International cuisine especially Indonesian cuisine is the experience he gained from working in 10 other hotels in Indonesia before JW Marriott Medan including Swiss-Bel hotel Borneo Samarinda, Aston Sunset Beach & Resort Gili Trawangan.
