What makes this different than the previous Indian Food Festival we had last year?
This year, more North Indian Food will be presented, getting the idea of the main highlight of North Indian Food, you will discover the incluence of this crop by and large. From the use of the wheat, lots of food items are made such as the naans, parathas, rotis and chapattis, etc. A variety of fresh seasonal fruit along with the vegetables and spices that are growing in the North India can be found in different dished as well. Basic ingredients of North Indian food are the onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. The taste of these dishes is developed with the help of curries, spices, ghee and oil.
