Recently just join the JW Marriott Medan’s culinary team, Chef Amin Gihon.
Chef Amin’s palate was shaped by growing up in an extended family of food lovers. Amin began his career in 2004 and has notched up almost 12 years of experience working in a kitchen. Before joining the JW Marriott Medan culinary team, Amin worked for world renowned five star resorts in Maldives and United Arab Emirates.
His exemplary skills have been rewarded by a number of prestigious accolades including Bronze Medal in Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives International in 2014.
As he has been able to bring together his love of food, passion for cooking and commitment to the place he grew. He is now back to Medan and ready to showcase his skill by serving you best plate at Prime Steakhouse.
